Sales Executive - Gurgaon

role overview:

we are looking for a proactive and field-ready junior sales executive with 1 - 2 years of sales

experience in any construction-related manufacturing industry. the candidate will undergo a 6-

month probation period with a fixed stipend. upon successful completion, a performance-based ctc

of ��8 - 11 lpa will be offered.

key responsibilities:

 identify and meet clients including contractors, distributors, and procurement heads

 promote frp products like manhole covers, cable trays, rebars, and fencing with technical

understanding

 assist with quotations, order follow-ups, dispatch coordination, and documentation

 support vendor registrations and government or institutional product approvals

 conduct daily field visits and generate lead reports

 maintain crm and submit visit reports and sales updates

 participate in product demos, expos, and business development events

qualifications & skills:

 diploma / graduate in mechanical, civil, electrical, or related field

 1 - 2 years of experience in sales within construction product manufacturing

 strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills

 mandatory: candidate must own a laptop, a two-wheeler/four-wheeler, and a valid driving

license
