target: 1,80,000/month

compensation: 25,000 fixed salary if target is achieved

incentives: 10% commission on sales above target

below target: only 10% commission on actual sales

we are looking for a motivated, high-performance sales executive to join our growing team. you will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and consistently achieving sales targets. this is a performance-driven role, ideal for individuals who thrive under pressure and are motivated by rewards for results.

key responsibilities:

identify and pursue potential clients through calls, emails, social media, and other channels.

present, promote, and sell our products/services to achieve monthly sales targets.

build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

handle objections and negotiate terms to close deals successfully.

keep accurate records of leads, sales, and client interactions using crm tools.

continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills.

report progress and provide feedback on market trends and opportunities.
