➢ primarily your focus should be on the sale of product to customers within the specific region.
➢ job role demands you to travel either to find new clients or customers and to maintain relation with customer whom you are already work with
➢ must contact all the client and customers to discuss that our product would meet their requirements. generating new prospectors, developing and managing excellent rapport with the client.
➢ arrange meeting with the client or visit their offices to pursued them to buy product which our company is offering.
➢ focus should be to increase the sales of the company.
➢ should provide brief description/ introduction of the product and service to the customers and also drawing attention to the benefits of the available services.
➢ sending customer codes or any other technical detail,
➢ following up for the new orders, sending the samples, tracking the old orders with dispatch department in the company.
➢ following up for the payment if required.
➢ generating high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices, completing sales and arranging deliveries. researching, developing and modifying products to meet customers’ requirements and needs.
➢ to develop our customers into using the fuller range of chemical process equipment.
➢ making consultative visits to customers to understand their current processes, identifying areas of improvement, and recommending / demonstrating products or services to help them.
