Sales Engineer

Job Description :

1. Market Analysis & Lead Generation for Cleanroom requirement in Pharma, HVAC requirement in Food Industries, VRF for corporate office, commercial building.

Evaluation of tender documents.

2. Attending pre-bid meetings with clients and getting technical clarification on Tender.

3 Cost Estimation of the Project.

4. Estimation of quantities and heat load calculation.

5. Preparation of techno-commercial proposals.

6. Floating inquiries for various supplies and bought-out items.

7. Price comparison of the various vendors and cost analysis.

8. Evaluation & monitoring of the contract performance to determine the necessity for amendments or extensions of contracts, and compliance to contractual obligations.

9. Approving or rejecting requests for deviations from contract specifications and delivery schedules.

10. Evaluation & monitoring of the contract performance to ensure adherence to schedule.

11. Assisting procurement section in purchase orders.

12. Coordination with purchase and planning department for material delivery and technical submittals.
