a) Job demand need based selling, application oriented selling approach. Sales and business development of new industrial products
b) Plan visits to prospects regularly and explain the product range with demonstration and on-jobs applications.
c) Confidently present product to prospects/ customers and find out other applications and suggest product from range. Convince customer, bring about sales.
d) Study market trends and competitors activity.
e) Prepare weekly reports of customer and business prospects.
f) Developing sales team.
g) Need to develop and maintain good contacts with the top management of the companies.
h) Travel throughout sales territory.
Job Requires:
Graduate in any stream
Engineering/Diploma in Mechanical or MBA/Diploma with marketing specialization.
