we are looking for an experienced and results-driven sales professional to play a key role in expanding our business in surat and vapi. this is a high-impact, field-based role where you ll lead customer engagements, identify new opportunities, and drive business development.

as a vital member of our sales team, you ll be responsible for building strategic relationships, providing technical expertise, and influencing customer decisions through effective field interactions and direct selling.

- your responsibilities

lead field visits and actively engage with key decision-makers to generate new inquiries and build long-term relationships

strategically analyze customer requirements and recommend tailored solutions that align with their business goals

present company capabilities and products confidently to diverse stakeholders, driving awareness and trust

prepare, negotiate, and close proposals in collaboration with customers and internal teams

coordinate seamlessly with manufacturers and partners to ensure smooth order processing and execution

identify and pursue opportunities through market research and e-tender portals, contributing to strategic growth

serve as a trusted advisor, providing technical guidance and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle

🎯 what we' re looking for

bachelor-s/diploma in mechanical, electrical, or instrumentation engineering

2-8 years of experience in industrial sales (preferably in valves, motors & gearbox)

strong customer relationship management skills and consultative selling approach

ability to independently manage client accounts and influence buying decisions

excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

proficiency in ms office & crm tools

comfortable working autonomously while aligning with broader organizational goals
