Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business DevelopmentIdentify and generate new business opportunities in target industries.Promote and sell Screw compressors and related accessories.Customer Relationship ManagementDevelop strong relationships with key customers, dealers, and channel partners.Provide pre-sales technical support and post-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.Technical & Commercial SupportUnderstand customer applications and recommend appropriate compressor solutions.Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals.Assist in tender documentation, pricing, and negotiations.Market Intelligence & ReportingMonitor market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.Submit weekly/monthly sales reports, forecasts, and project pipelines to management.CoordinationWork closely with the service team for installations, after-sales support, and AMC renewals.Collaborate with the internal application team for customized solutions.
