role summary
this is a hardcore performance-oriented sales role where you will:
β handle incoming leads
β conduct program counselling
β close admissions
β work with tl to hit weekly revenue goals
β follow strict calling & reporting routines
β perform in a fast, target-driven environment

key responsibilities
1. daily lead handling
β call 50β80 leads every day
β explain our program modules, benefits, outcomes
β understand customer pain points
β suggest the right plan
β build trust through structured conversation
2. sales & closing
β handle objections
β convince indecisive prospects
β push for conversion ethically
β work closely with team leader
β close payments using defined sales scripts
β maintain a positive conversion ratio
3. reporting
β daily google meet supervision with tl
β daily crm updates
β daily closing submissions
β follow 7 pm reporting rule
β attend weekly training sessions
