role summary

this is a hardcore performance-oriented sales role where you will:

● handle incoming leads

● conduct program counselling

● close admissions

● work with tl to hit weekly revenue goals

● follow strict calling & reporting routines

● perform in a fast, target-driven environment

only serious and ambitious candidates will be accepted.

key responsibilities

1. daily lead handling

● call 50–80 leads every day

● explain our program modules, benefits, outcomes

● understand customer pain points

● suggest the right plan

● build trust through structured conversation

2. sales & closing

● handle objections

● convince indecisive prospects

● push for conversion ethically

● work closely with team leader

● close payments using defined sales scripts

● maintain a positive conversion ratio

3. reporting

● daily google meet supervision with tl

● daily crm updates

● daily closing submissions

● follow 7 pm reporting rule

● attend weekly training sessions

who we want (strict filters)

● minimum 2 to 4 years of real sales experience

(preferred: edtech, fantasy gaming, bpo sales, fintech sales)

● working laptop

● stable wi-fi broadband (reimbursed partially)

● smartphone (android/ios)

● comfortable making 50–80 calls per day

● fluent in hindi or regional language

● comfortable in performance pressure

● ambitious + target-driven

● ability to think on feet and handle objections

compensation
