Job Overview
As an Immigration Sales Consultant, you will be the primary point of contact for prospective clients seeking international migration or study opportunities. You will be responsible for providing expert guidance on available visa options, assessing client eligibility, and selling our services to help them achieve their immigration goals. This role requires a combination of strong sales acumen, deep knowledge of immigration laws, and exceptional customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
Client Consultation & Sales: Conduct in-depth consultations (phone, email, in-person) with potential clients to understand their immigration needs, assess their profiles, and recommend suitable visa pathways and services.
Target Achievement: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
Documentation Guidance: Guide clients through the initial documentation requirements, ensuring all information collected is accurate and complete for processing by the operations or legal teams.
Industry Expertise: Maintain a deep and up-to-date understanding of current immigration laws, policies, and procedural changes for various countries (., Canada, Australia, UK, USA) to provide accurate advice.
Collaboration: Coordinate effectively with the legal, documentation, and processing teams to ensure a seamless client journey from sales closure to successful application submission.
Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by providing an ethical, empathetic, and client-first approach throughout the entire sales and initial consultation process.
