- feedback collection filtering quality patient leads & coordinating with clinic to execute them.

- resolving patients doubts regarding prices, offers, and consultation fees of the clinic.

- encouraging & convincing the patients for taking the consultation part from the clinic.

- regular follow up on positive leads and update the clinic or talk to them.

- plan sms, email marketing to increase conversion manage lead sheet properly.

- data calling.- counseling and guidance.
