Key Responsibilities:

- **Data Management**: Maintain and update sales records, customer databases, and reports to provide accurate information for decision-making.
- **Order Processing**: Handle the order processing system, ensuring orders are completed accurately and on time for customer satisfaction.
- **Customer Interaction**: Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, addressing questions and concerns efficiently to enhance client relationships.
- **Sales Reporting**: Prepare regular sales reports and presentations to help track performance and identify potential areas for improvement.
- **Coordination**: Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and logistics, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
