Core Response abilities High-Volume Outbound Calling: Make 100 to 150+ cold or warm calls daily to prospective buyers, following highly persuasive, sometimes prescribed, sales scripts .Target Achievement: Strictly focus on hitting and exceeding predefined Daily/Monthly KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), such as call duration, number of leads generated, and closed contracts. Needs Analysis & Pitching: Quickly qualify leads by asking strategic questions to uncover customer pain points, then tailor your pitch to position your product or service as the ultimate solution. Objection Handling: Navigate through immediate brush-offs, skepticism, and rejection from prospects using practiced negotiation and persuasive skills .Deal Closing: Drive the sales cycle to its completion by guiding prospects through payment methods and finalizing the contract or sale over the phone .CRM Updates: Maintain meticulous, real-time records of all interactions, call outcomes, and customer data in the company's database or CRM software.
