Job Responsibilities:

Business Development , Sales, New customer Acquisition, Revenue Generation

:Although the responsibilities of a business development manager may vary as per requirement and assignments by their reporting managers however, many day-to-day duties are uniform. Some of those include:

:Candidates with 1CR per month target quota only with SME/ Enterprise segment

:Have good relations with Enterprise customers in region and able to onboard them

:Lead Generation and closing

:Generating demands by cold calls and emails

:Presenting / pitching products to C-level executives and taking ownership to close the deal

:Have been dealing with Enterprise customers segment for business and revenue growth

:Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives

:Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle

:Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients

:Setting goals for the business development team and developing strategies to meet those goals

:Training business development staff, when required

:Attending conferences and industry events

Salary- Open ( Provided meeting the targets and monthly commitments )
