Job Responsibilities:Business Development , Sales, New customer Acquisition, Revenue Generation:Although the responsibilities of a business development manager may vary as per requirement and assignments by their reporting managers however, many day-to-day duties are uniform. Some of those include::Candidates with 1CR per month target quota only with SME/ Enterprise segment:Have good relations with Enterprise customers in region and able to onboard them:Lead Generation and closing:Generating demands by cold calls and emails:Presenting / pitching products to C-level executives and taking ownership to close the deal:Have been dealing with Enterprise customers segment for business and revenue growth:Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives:Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle:Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients:Setting goals for the business development team and developing strategies to meet those goals:Training business development staff, when required:Attending conferences and industry eventsSalary- Open ( Provided meeting the targets and monthly commitments )Note: Candidate from IT Industry only are allowed to apply.
