Job Overview:

We're looking for an experienced Sales Associate who can drive sales growth by building strong client relationships and effectively presenting our interior design solutions. The ideal candidate should have a passion for interior design and a proven track record.

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Management:

Generate and qualify new leads through various channels

Conduct client consultations

Build and maintain relationships with clients

Create detailed presentations

Manage client communications throughout the sales cycle

Sales Process Management:

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Maintain accurate sales records and client databases

Follow up on leads and proposals systematically

Coordinate with design team for project requirements

Negotiate and close deals

Technical Requirements:

Handle product demonstrations and material presentations

Understand technical specifications of materials and finishes

Coordinate with the design team for custom requirements

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any field

1-2 years of sales experience

Proven track record of achieving sales targets

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Strong negotiation and closing abilities

Proficiency in MS Office

Personal Qualities:

Self-motivated and results-driven

Strong organizational skills

Ability to work under pressure
