The ideal candidate should have a passion for interior design and a proven track record.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Acquisition & Management:* Generate and qualify new leads through various channels* Conduct client consultations* Build and maintain relationships with clients* Create detailed presentations* Manage client communications throughout the sales cycleSales Process Management:* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets* Maintain accurate sales records and client databases* Follow up on leads and proposals systematically* Coordinate with design team for project requirements* Negotiate and close dealsTechnical Requirements:* Handle product demonstrations and material presentations* Understand technical specifications of materials and finishes* Coordinate with the design team for custom requirementsRequired Qualifications:* Bachelor's degree in any field* 1-2 years of sales experience* Proven track record of achieving sales targets* Excellent communication and presentation skills* Strong negotiation and closing abilities* Proficiency in MS Office Personal Qualities:* Self-motivated and results-driven* Strong organizational skills* Ability to work under pressure* Team player with leadership potential
