## Position Overview

As a Client Success Specialist, you will be the face of Winny Immigration, acting as both an expert consultant and a high-performing sales professional. Your primary goal is to drive revenue growth by converting leads into successful immigration applications. You will provide high-level advisory services while maintaining a relentless focus on hitting and exceeding sales targets.

## Role Details

Experience: 1+ years in B2C Sales (Immigration or Ed-Tech preferred)

Education: Any Graduate

## Key Responsibilities

1. Revenue Generation & Sales Promotion

Actively drive hard-core revenue by converting prospective leads into enrolled clients.

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to qualify for performance-based incentives.

Implement aggressive follow-up strategies to re-engage potential clients and move them through the sales funnel.

2. Expert Client Counselling

Provide comprehensive consultations via phone, email, and in-person sessions.

Guide clients through complex immigration pathways, offering expert advice tailored to their specific profiles.

Ensure 100% accuracy in the information provided regarding visa categories, eligibility, and documentation.

3. Relationship Management

Build deep-rooted trust with clients to ensure a positive journey and encourage high-quality referrals.
