Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be engaging with diverse customers. A positive attitude and ability to work well in a team are important for this role. Candidates should also be self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve sales targets. Familiarity with CRM software is a plus, as it helps manage customer relationships efficiently.
