Designation: Sales Manager/ Sales Executive

Salary Range: Upto 30k /month

Industry Experience: Min. 1 year of real estate, hardcore sale, insurance sale

Working days: 6 days

Day shift: 10:00 AM to 7:00 AM

Perks: Unlimited Incentives (Upto 20 lacs), Fixed Salary, Conveyance would be paid for site visits.

As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our organization€™s strategic growth by converting sales leads.

Your responsibilities will include:

€¢ Good Communication and negotiation skills.

€¢ Present purchase offers to sellers for consideration.

€¢ Promote sales of properties through multiple activities.

€¢ Responsible for generating sales within assigned territory.

€¢ Schedule and conduct sales meetings.

€¢ Liaising between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing and new product release launches.

€¢ Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base.

€¢ Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.

€¢ Building and retaining client relationship through continuous follow up with clients for their requirements.
