Designation: Sales Manager/ Sales Executive

Qualification:12thpass or Graduate

Salary Range: Upto 30k /month

Industry Experience: Min. 1 year of real estate, hardcore sale, insurance sale

Working days: 6 days

Day shift: 10:00 AM to 7:00 AM

Perks: Unlimited Incentives (Upto 20 lacs), Fixed Salary, Conveyance would be paid for site visits.

As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our organizations strategic growth by converting sales leads.

Your responsibilities will include:

Good Communication and negotiation skills.

Present purchase offers to sellers for consideration.

Promote sales of properties through multiple activities.

Responsible for generating sales within assigned territory.

Schedule and conduct sales meetings.

Liaising between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing and new product release launches.

Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base.

Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.

Building and retaining client relationship through continuous follow up with clients for their requirements.
