Sales Executive Freshers

Responsibilities:

Prospect for and qualify potential clients in international markets.

Build strong relationships with clients and understand their specific freight needs.

Develop and present customized freight solutions, including quotations, routing options, and cost breakdowns.

Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure deals.

Manage the sales process from initial contact to contract signing and beyond.

Maintain accurate records and reports on sales activities and client interactions.

Attend industry events and trade shows to network and acquire new leads.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations.

Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field (freshers welcome).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.

Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software.

Understanding of international trade and logistics concepts is a plus.

Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events is preferred.

Bilingual English and Hindi with fluency in other languages a strong advantage.
