€¢ Negotiating contracts and packages. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
€¢ Working towards monthly or annual targets

€¢ Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams
€¢ Working hours can be changed anytime according to the work role and target customer.
€¢ Giving quotations, PI, sending samples and commercial documents likeInvoices etc. negotiations and talking orders, and keeping a clean record of each communication in respective company folders.
€¢ Prepare presentations, sales contracts & other documents related to the work profile. Establish and maintain current clients and potential client relationships. Coordinate company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales. Monitoring competitors€™ business-related activities.
€¢ Follow up for the collection of payments.
€¢ Coordinate shipping schedules and delivery of the product to customers with internal departments.
€¢ Approaching customers through mail/calls and reaching the right person/decision maker, understanding their requirements, and sending quotes/samples.
