To play the role of relationship officer for our learning and skill
development programmes and services.
Responsibilities:
â— To handle queries received via various channels.
â— To work with various internal department and resolve queries.
â— To understand the queries and channelise it accordingly.
â— To involve in document verification adhering to the policies.
Requirements:
â— Good proficiency in reading, writing and speaking in English
â— (mandatory).
â— Basic computer operations and good skills in MS office.
â— Good writing, listening and reviewing skill is required
â— Email writing with etiquette.
Educational qualification:
â—The candidate must have completed at least a bachelor degree in any stream (Life science
will be an added advantage).
Job nature: Work from home (Online)
Technical requirements: Laptop and smartphone with internet facility.
Working hours: 4 hours per day (04pm - 8pm)
Holidays: Sunday and national holidays
Working time: Fixed timing.
