To play the role of Admission counsellor for our learning and skill development programmes and services.Responsibilities:To involve in student application analysis.To provide counselling to applicants and explaining different programme benefits through phone.To involve in communication activities in other modes (email, Whatsapp andSMS).To analyse the eligibility of the applicants and provide seats for the programme.To track the student interest on the programmes.To effectively bridge the applicant with our organisation in a positive manner.Educational qualification:Any bachelor or post-graduation degree.Science background is preferable.Fresher will be given more priority.The candidate must have completed at least a bachelor degree at the time of applying.Job nature: Work from home (Online)Working hours: 4 hours per day

To play the role of relationship officer for our learning and skilldevelopment programmes and services.Responsibilities: To handle queries received via various channels. To work with various internal department and resolve queries. To understand the queries and channelise it accordingly. To involve in document verification adhering to the policies.Requirements: Good proficiency in reading, writing and speaking in English (mandatory). Basic computer operations and good skills in MS office. Good writing, listening and reviewing skill is required Email writing with etiquette.Educational qualification:The candidate must have completed at least a bachelor degree in any stream (Life sciencewill be an added advantage).Job nature: Work from home (Online)Technical requirements: Laptop and smartphone with internet facility.Working hours: 4 hours per day (04pm - 8pm)Holidays: Sunday and national holidaysWorking time: Fixed timing.
