Job Summary

The Relationship Officer will be responsible for quality customer acquisition as per the product bouquet of the business. The role requires strict adherence to bank processes and policies while maintaining strong customer relationships and coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Source loan clients in line with business plans and monthly targets.

Handle Direct Market Sourcing (DST model).

Manage MSME Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), and Housing Loan products.

Ensure proper documentation and file processing.

Maintain strict credit discipline and ensure zero default in recovery.

Monitor loan portfolio through utilization checks and regular visits.

Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and practices.

Maintain accurate and timely reporting.

Address customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction.

Complete loan contracts by explaining terms, collecting signatures, and processing required formalities.

Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.

Eligibility Criteria

For RO – MSME / LAP

Minimum 1 year experience in MSME Loan / Loan Against Property (LAP).

Must have experience in secured business loans.

Exposure to Affordable MSME / Affordable LAP is mandatory.

Experience in Direct Market Sourcing required.

For RO – Housing Loan

Minimum 1 year experience in Housing Loan / Mortgage Loan (secured).

Exposure to Affordable Housing Loan segment is mandatory.

Experience in Direct Market Sourcing required.

Important Notes

Avoid candidates from Personal Loan, Credit Card, Fresher, or Unsecured Loan background.

Minimum 1 year relevant experience with proper relieving letter required.

Employment gap should not exceed 4 months.

Candidate must join at similar CTC.

Maximum age: 30 years.

CIBIL score should be 700 or above.

Graduate in any stream (mandatory).
