Role Overview
We are looking for dynamic and target-driven professionals for the role of Field Relationship Manager in Bengaluru. This is an on-ground field sales role responsible for generating Home Loan and LAP business through strong local market presence and channel relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Generate Home Loan & LAP business through daily field visits
Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, brokers, DSAs & connectors
Source fresh leads from the local real estate market
Drive loan file logins and coordinate for smooth approval & faster disbursement
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
Guide customers on loan eligibility, documentation & process
Ensure regular follow-ups and strong conversion ratios
Strengthen territory coverage and market visibility
Candidate Profile
25 years of experience in Home Loan / LAP / Mortgage Sales
Strong local network with builders, brokers or DSAs preferred
Comfortable with extensive field work and target-based environment
Strong negotiation, communication & closing skills
Good understanding of loan documentation and banking processes
Self-motivated and result-oriented
