to lead the gonukkad digital onboarding initiative. this field-based b2b sales role involves

onboarding and managing merchant partners and empowering them with digital profile solutions

that enhance visibility and revenue.

key responsibilities

 manage the end-to-end b2b sales cycle: lead generation, cold calling, client meetings,

product demonstrations, and closures.

 conduct daily field visits to engage with local merchants and deliver value-driven digital

marketing presentations.

 build and nurture long-term relationships with assigned merchants.

 understand client needs and recommend suitable subscription-based digital services.

 achieve and exceed weekly and monthly revenue targets.

 ensure timely follow-ups and handle client escalations when necessary.

 maintain accurate sales records and reporting using crm tools.

 deliver consistent performance with a strong focus on integrity and customer success.

required qualifications

 graduate in any stream (minimum 60% in 10th/12th/graduation).

 excellent communication in english and the local language.

 field sales experience (b2b) is highly preferred.

 must be tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools.

 two-wheeler is mandatory for male candidates (for field travel).

 freshers may apply for the assistant relationship manager role.

preferred attributes

 at least 1 year of experience in b2b field sales or merchant onboarding.

 strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

 ability to mentor peers or take on leadership responsibilities.

 proficiency with google sheets/docs and crm platforms.
