3. **Data Management**: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and updates in our CRM system. This ensures efficient tracking of customer information and assists in better service delivery.

4. **Feedback Collection**: Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve services and address any areas of concern. Listening to clients helps us enhance our offerings and strengthen relationships.

5. **Collaboration**: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to relay customer insights and influence strategies that cater to client needs.
