- Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement recruitment strategies: Design and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent to the organization.

2. Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders: Establish strong relationships with hiring managers, internal teams, and external partners to understand recruitment needs and collaborate effectively.

3. Source and screen candidates: Utilize various sourcing methods to identify potential candidates, screen resumes, and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit.

4. Manage recruitment process: Oversee the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

5. Analyze recruitment data: Collect and analyze recruitment data to identify trends, evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, and make data-driven decisions.

- Required Skills and Expectations:

1. Bachelor's degree in HR or related field: A degree in HR or a related field is essential to have a solid foundation in recruitment principles.

2. 2-4 years of experience in recruitment: Previous experience in recruitment is required to effectively manage the entire recruitment process.
