We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to welcome visitors and manage the front desk at our office in Chandigarh. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with little to no experience.
The Receptionist will be responsible for the following:
- **Greeting Visitors**: Welcome guests with a warm smile and assist them with their inquiries, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they arrive.
- **Answering Phone Calls**: Handle phone calls professionally, directing calls to the appropriate staff members and taking messages as needed.
- **Scheduling Appointments**: Manage appointment calendars for staff by scheduling meetings and ensuring that all necessary arrangements are made in advance.
- **Managing Office Supplies**: Keep track of office supplies and ensure that necessary items are stocked, placing orders as needed to maintain efficient office operations.
- **Performing Administrative Tasks**: Assist with basic administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records, contributing to a seamless office workflow.
To be successful in this role, you should have a pleasant demeanor and strong communication skills. You should be detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks effectively, and possess basic computer knowledge. A high school diploma is the minimum educational requirement.
