Requirements:

Proven experience as a Relationship Manager or in a similar role in real estate, with a strong understanding of the industry and market dynamics.

Strong sales skills with a focus on customer service, negotiation, and closing deals.

Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.

Familiarity with CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
