Job Description

Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.

Use sales forecasting methods and techniques to analyze and filter serious leads. Manage the lead pipeline effectively, ensuring that potential clients are followed up with in a timely and consistent manner.

Develop strong relationships with industry professionals and key stakeholders to promote Mulberry Villas & Pods products, creating long-lasting business connections.

Review market analysis and meet with clients to assess their current and future needs, ensuring the company maintains a quality relationship with each customer

Ensure continuous follow-ups with prospective leads, addressing client queries, and providing necessary information. Engage in constructive dialogues to close deals and convert leads into clients.
