As a Real Estate Manager, you will play a key role in managing property transactions and ensuring smooth real estate operations. Your responsibilities will include:

- **Property Management**: Oversee the day-to-day operations of properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and profitable. This includes coordinating maintenance and addressing tenant concerns.

- **Market Analysis**: Conduct research on local real estate markets to stay updated on trends and property values. This information will guide pricing strategies and investment decisions.
