Roles and Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of real estate sales professionals

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and drive business growth

Set individual and team sales targets and monitor performance

Provide coaching, training, and guidance to the sales team to enhance their skills and effectiveness

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate market

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments

Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the management
