Quality Assurance - QA Develop, implement and maintain the company's Quality Management System (QMS). Prepare and implement Quality Policies, SOPs, Work Instructions and Inspection Standards. Establish quality objectives, procedures and KPIs. Conduct internal quality and process audits. Ensure compliance with applicable customer and quality requirements. Review and improve existing quality systems and processes. Establish preventive quality controls to minimize defects. Maintain proper quality documentation and records. Promote a Right First Time and zero-defect culture.B.
