Quality Engineer-VMM - Chakan Pune

We are looking for a Quality Engineer to join our team in Chakan. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. This full-time role requires working on-site to ensure our products meet the highest quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Quality Inspection:** Conduct inspections on raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet specific quality criteria. This helps identify any defects early in the production process.

- **Develop Quality Control Procedures:** Create and implement procedures for quality control. These procedures will guide the team in maintaining consistent quality standards throughout production.

- **Analyze Data:** Gather and analyze data related to product quality. This involves using statistical tools to identify trends and areas for improvement, leading to better quality control.

- **Collaborate with Teams:** Work closely with manufacturing and engineering teams to resolve quality issues. Effective communication will help ensure that all departments work towards the same quality goals.

- **Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality assessments. Proper documentation is essential for tracking quality performance over time and for compliance with regulations.
