Drive continuous improvement projects using tools like 5 Why, Fishbone, Pareto, SPC, and Poka-Yoke. Collaborate with production and design teams to ensure DFM/DFA and coating feasibility. Supervise packaging quality corrugated box integrity, labeling, and export readiness. Prepare and present monthly quality performance dashboards and customer feedback summaries.Desired Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of machining tolerances, casting defects, extrusion finish, and powder coating process control.
