We are seeking a skilled Quality Engineer with 3 to 4 years of experience to join our team in Jhajjar, India. In this role, you will ensure our products meet the highest quality standards and help maintain our

1. **Quality Assurance**: Develop and implement quality control procedures to monitor product quality throughout the production process, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

2. **Testing and Analysis**: Conduct thorough testing and analysis of products to identify defects. Document findings and provide actionable recommendations for improvements.

3. **Collaboration**: Work closely with design and production teams to provide feedback and support in enhancing product design with quality considerations.

4. **Root Cause Analysis**: Investigate quality issues and conduct root cause analysis to determine the sources of defects. Recommend corrective actions and prevention strategies.

5. **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of quality inspections, testing results, and audits. Prepare and present reports on quality performance to management.
