Implement robust corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address non-conformances and reduce defects.Quality Planning: Participate in the planning phase of new products or processes, including defining quality standards, inspection methods, and control plans.Inspection and Testing: Establish and oversee inspection and testing procedures for incoming materials, in-process production, and finished goods to ensure adherence to specifications.Root Cause Analysis: Conduct thorough root cause analysis for quality issues, customer complaints, and internal deviations using problem-solving tools (e.g., 8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram).Supplier Quality Management: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials and components. Conduct supplier audits and manage supplier performance as required.Documentation and Reporting: Create and maintain quality documentation, including control plans, FMEAs (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) documents, inspection reports, and quality metrics.
