Oversee powder coating and surface finishing quality thickness, adhesion, gloss, curing, and visual standards. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 / VDA 6.3 and customer-specific requirements. Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspection for castings, extrusions, and coated assemblies. Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for internal and supplier issues. Guide suppliers on process capability improvement, coating parameter control, and defect prevention. Maintain cordial relationships with domestic and overseas customers, ensuring timely communication and resolution. Review and approve PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, and MSA documentation.
