Monitor incoming raw materials including steel sheets, fabricated parts, fasteners, andcoatings for quality standards.2. Quality Control Conduct stage-wise inspections during Sheet Cutting, Rolling / Bending, Welding /Fabrication, Surface Treatment / Galvanization / Coating, Assembly & Final Dispatch. Perform dimensional checks, fit-up inspections, welding inspections, coating thicknessverification, and leak / structural tests. Ensure product quality at each stage and coordinate with production teams forcorrective actions.3. Compliance & Documentation Maintain Material Test Certificates (MTC), Inspection Reports, NCR (Non-ConformanceReports), and CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Actions).
