key responsibilities

develop and implement processes:

create and put into action quality control procedures and systems to ensure consistency and quality throughout production.

conduct inspections and testing:

perform various inspections and tests on raw materials, equipment, processes, and finished products to verify they meet established standards.

analyze data and identify issues:

evaluate data from inspections and tests to pinpoint deviations from quality standards, interpret complex problems, and identify non-conformances.

troubleshoot and resolve problems:

work with production and engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve quality issues, developing and implementing effective corrective actions.

ensure compliance:

monitor and ensure that products, processes, and facilities comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and project-specific technical requirements.

report and document:

prepare and present detailed quality reports to management, document findings, and maintain clear records of inspection and test results.

continuous improvement:

propose and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and overall operational efficiency.
