Responsibilities:Perform quality control inspections and tests on machinery components and assemblies.Ensure compliance with engineering specifications, standards, and customer requirements.Identify and resolve quality issues through root cause analysis and corrective actions.Conduct inspections at various stages of production to ensure adherence to quality standards.Document inspection results, generate reports, and maintain quality records.Collaborate with production teams to implement quality improvements and process optimizations.Participate in supplier evaluations and quality audits as needed.Support in the development and implementation of quality assurance procedures.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.Proven experience in quality control within a manufacturing environment, preferably in machinery or equipment.Strong knowledge of quality inspection and testing techniques.Familiarity with quality management systems and tools (e.g., ISO standards).Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:Maintain, monitor and ensure the highest quality in services or products.Should be able to explain the product details and work.Coordinating with the Production team.Knowledge in ISO Documentation.Performs inspections applying appropriate quality assurance testing models.Identifies the root cause of quality problems..

QUALTIY INPECTION OF MATERIAL LOOKING OUT IN PRODUCTION. Designing, manufacturing, and installing components that fulfill requirements.Analyzing problems or deficiencies and developing solutions to resolve them.

Reading blueprints and specifications Inspecting, testing, or measuring materials or products being produced Measuring products with rulers, calipers, gauges, or micrometers Operating electronic inspection equipment and software Accepting or rejecting finished items Removing all products and materials that fail to meet specifications Must have Knowledge of reading Engineering drawing & specifications Must have Knowledge of Quality Instruments and device Should Have knowledge of Automobile / Engine Spare Parts

Rejection analysis , Inspection report ,Lab ,Spectro apply as per decide frequency, Sample chemistry, Hardness, Ra value, Ovality, Dimension report to be maintained.

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the QC Department of any chemical related industry. Also, candidates who have knowledge about working of GC/GC-MS will be preferred- Should be aware of all laboratory procedures to conduct- Strong Mathematical skills are expected.- Updating management on a regular basis for daily updates.- Must be able to communicate in Gujarati, Hindi & English.- Must have good english drafting skills.- Proficiency in Microsoft office is expected.
