Review & Technical evaluation of tender as per Clients requirement. Like mechanical equipment, Electrical items & instrumentation requirement etc.

Preparation of detailed enquiry for vendors as per requirement.

Technical support to sales & procurement team.

Communicating with vendors for doubt & technical clarification, if necessary.

Coordinating with Sales & Procurement team to get proper quotation, technical offer & supporting document to fulfil the requirement & qualification criteria.

Preparation of technical proposal as per company format (Should be handy with Microsoft office word)

Coordinating with tender team to draw final techno commercial offer against the tender.

Interacting with Manager & Senior staff for technical issue & reporting.

Design, drafting & modelling in AutoCAD & solid works, if necessary (Moderate skills)

POST ORDER ACTIVITIES: -

Technical clearance to procurement team for awarding PO to vendors.

Material requirement planning (MRP)

Involving in supervision and monitoring.

To carry out inspection visit, Testing & installation etc. (As in when required)

Preparation of final inspection & test reports.
