Redon is looking to hire a Head Purchase with 10-12 years of relevant experience in the Lithium Ion

Battery Industry /Automotive Industry.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

1. Take initiatives towards the organization's Purchase / Commercial functions.

2. Hands-on experience with import / export processes and taxes.

3. Proven ability to develop a strong organizational procurement strategy.

4. Expertise in sourcing, contracting, and supplier management.

5. Expertise in new vendor development

6. Excellent negotiations skills with ability to draft contracts & agreements.

7. Expertise in budgeting & cost control.

8. Take initiative in setting up Process & Improvements.

9. Expertise in International Procurements.

10. Good in submission of MIS report.

11. Good in Team management.
