Proposal Engineer

- Create proposals for potential clients: The proposal engineer will be responsible for creating detailed and accurate proposals for potential clients, outlining the products or services offered by the company.

- Prepare quotations: This role involves preparing quotations based on the client's requirements and the company's pricing strategies, ensuring that the pricing is competitive and profitable.

Skills and Expectations:

- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.

- 2-8 years of experience in proposal making, quotation preparation, and proposal writing.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively articulate complex ideas.

- Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

- Familiarity with tendering processes and experience in responding to RFPs.
