Urgent Requirement For Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead the successful planning, execution, and delivery of healthcare software consulting projects. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, experience working with software development teams, and a good understanding of healthcare technology and client requirements.

The Project Manager will act as the primary point of contact between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and deliver healthcare software projects from initiation through implementation and closure.

Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.

Coordinate with software developers, business analysts, QA teams, UI/UX designers, healthcare consultants, and other stakeholders.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and provide regular project updates.

Gather, clarify, and document client requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.

Monitor project progress, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.

Identify potential project issues and risks and develop appropriate mitigation plans.

Conduct regular project meetings, status reviews, sprint planning, and stakeholder presentations.

Manage change requests and ensure appropriate impact assessment and approvals.

Ensure software deliverables meet agreed quality, security, compliance, and client requirements.

Coordinate testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment, implementation, and post-launch support.

Maintain project documentation, reports, dashboards, and project management records.

Ensure effective communication among clients, technical teams, and business stakeholders.

Support continuous improvement of project management processes and delivery methodologies.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

5-8 years of experience in project management, preferably within software consulting, healthcare IT, or SaaS.

Strong knowledge of software development life cycles (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Experience managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams.

Excellent client management, communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Asana, , or similar platforms.

Ability to manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations.

Preferred Healthcare/Technical Experience

Experience with healthcare applications, EHR/EMR, practice management, medical billing, telehealth, healthcare analytics, or related systems.

Familiarity with healthcare data standards and technologies such as HL7, FHIR, APIs, and interoperability.

Awareness of healthcare privacy, security, and compliance requirements such as HIPAA and applicable local regulations.

PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or similar project management certification is a plus.
