Project Development Manager - Real Estate

Experience: 7-10 Years

Location: Pune

We are hiring a Project Development Manager to oversee real estate projects from planning and feasibility through execution, ensuring timely delivery, cost control, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end real estate project development and execution.

Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

Oversee project feasibility, budgeting, timelines, and resource planning.

Monitor construction progress, quality, and project milestones.

Coordinate approvals, statutory clearances, and regulatory compliance.

Track project costs, risks, and schedules to ensure timely completion.

Prepare project reports and updates for senior management.
