Job Description

We are looking for a Production Supervisor to join our team in Junagadh. This full-time position requires a dedicated male candidate with 1 to 7 years of experience in production supervision.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Oversee Production Processes:** Supervise daily production operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to schedules. You will monitor workflow and address any issues that arise during production.

- **Manage Team Performance:** Lead a team of production workers by providing guidance and support. You will be responsible for training new staff and ensuring that all team members understand their roles.

- **Quality Control:** Ensure that all products meet quality standards by conducting regular inspections. You will implement corrective actions when necessary to maintain product integrity.

- **Maintain Safety Standards:** Enforce safety protocols to create a safe working environment. You will be responsible for identifying potential hazards and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

- **Report Production Data:** Prepare and submit daily production reports to management. This includes tracking output and identifying areas for improvement.
