Responsibilities:

As a Procurement Officer at INDFUSION EXPORTS PVT LTD, your role is critical in ensuring the smooth procurement and export of premium agro commodities and food products. Key responsibilities include:

Vendor Management: Evaluate and select vendors based on quality, cost, and reliability. Build strong relationships for a consistent supply chain.

Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with specialists for efficient and timely procurement and delivery. Ensure cost-effective acquisition.

Quality Assurance: Work closely with inspectors to maintain and enhance product quality. Implement quality control measures throughout the process.

Logistics Coordination: Efficiently manage logistics for timely export. Coordinate with partners for seamless operations.

Negotiation and Contracting: Use negotiation skills to secure favorable terms. Draft and manage contracts to safeguard interests.

Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to regulations and company policies. Stay updated on trade laws and implement necessary adjustments.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of proven procurement experience, preferably in agro commodities or food products.

Strong understanding of supply chain dynamics, quality assurance, and vendor management.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills for effective collaboration.

Familiarity with international trade regulations and logistics.
