Process Coordinator || Freshers & Experienced

-Monitor and coordinate day-to-day operations across departments such as Sales, Service, Spare Parts, and Customer Care.

-Ensure all processes are followed as per Honda’s standard operating procedures (SOPs).

-Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

-Coordinate between the sales team, finance, and delivery teams to ensure smooth vehicle delivery.

-Monitor service bookings, job card preparation, and timely vehicle delivery.

-Support the Service Manager in maintaining workshop efficiency and customer satisfaction levels.

-Prepare and maintain reports on daily operations, sales, service, and customer feedback.

-Compile monthly performance summaries and share with management.

-Ensure compliance with Honda’s audit guidelines and internal company policies.
