Job Description

-monitor and coordinate day-to-day operations across departments such as sales, service, spare parts, and customer care.

-ensure all processes are followed as per honda’s standard operating procedures (sops).

-identify process gaps and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

-coordinate between the sales team, finance, and delivery teams to ensure smooth vehicle delivery.

-monitor service bookings, job card preparation, and timely vehicle delivery.

-support the service manager in maintaining workshop efficiency and customer satisfaction levels.

-prepare and maintain reports on daily operations, sales, service, and customer feedback.

-compile monthly performance summaries and share with management.

-ensure compliance with honda’s audit guidelines and internal company policies.
